SPH represents the tenants and is not involved in the allocation of the rooms. The allocation of the rooms goes according a system based on points (you get points for each month you are on the waiting list). The moment a room is appointed to you, all your points are reset zo zero. If you decide not to accept the room, you also lose all your points!
